Hospitality consulting is our business. Cayuga is the world's most experienced network of hospitality consultants providing a wide range of services and assistance to the hotel, resort, club, casino, spa, foodservice and tourism industries worldwide.
Cayuga has more than 100 members worldwide, virtually all graduates or members of the faculty of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration or associate members of the Cornell Hotel Society. Members have an average of 25 to 35 years of hands-on hospitality industry experience, which translates into extraordinary expertise in all areas of the hospitality industries while providing an unequaled network committed to researching and solving any challenges for its clients.
Because of the wide variety of experience and expertise readily available within our organization, our hospitality consultants provide practical, profit-oriented advisory services, often putting our recommendations into action by assisting in their implementation.
A primary difference between Cayuga and other major hospitality industry consulting organizations is that Cayuga is composed solely of senior level executives; there are no juniors to be trained on client assignments nor any need to "make work" for a firm's several layers of staff. Clients receive the benefits of years of successful operations and consulting experience with each Cayuga member working on an assignment. We provide independent advice with no motive other than the best interests of our clients.
Our members are located throughout the United States and around the globe and, when necessary, can be quickly assembled into a multi-disciplinary, multi-lingual task force to effectively tackle any industry-related problems.
