Harry R. Keller (Tucson,
AZ)
As the first Director of Alumni Affairs for Cornell University's
School of Hotel Administration from 1977 to 2000, Keller developed
an infrastructure of alumni support second to none. With 60 chapters
worldwide, 8000 members (2/3 of whom pay annual dues), and over
140 volunteers, the Cornell Hotel Society provides ongoing financial,
program and networking assistance to the School and its faculty,
staff, students and alumni. Keller has been an active, highly successful
fundraiser for the School for over 20 years. He has also assisted
other hospitality schools with alumni/ development efforts.

NY)
Managing Director of Philippus
Miller III & Associates LLC, offering international hospitality
recruitment and alumni/affinity group consulting services. Miller’s
20-plus years of international hospitality industry experience gives
him a comprehensive understanding of, and unparalleled connections
within, the industry. As Director of Alumni Affairs for Cornell
University’s School of Hotel Administration (and Secretary
of its alumni association, the Cornell Hotel Society) from 1993-2004,
he directed all operations of the most active alumni association
in the world, with particular expertise in public relations, communications
(both Web and print-based), loyalty programs, customer service,
association management, and networking.
